Job description: DescriptionMostly remote Customer Service Associate - $18.75/hrJoin our team as a mostly remote Customer Service Associate, assisting healthcare providers in ensuring prescription coverage for patients. This role begins with handling inbound faxes and transitions to managing phone calls in a call center environment. Candidates must be living in Massachusetts to be considered per company policy. This role pays $18.75/hr. There will be a an onsite training for the first month then transition to remote work after.Responsibilities:
Manage incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
Ensure all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
Follow up with providers to obtain missing details
Accurately input data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
Must be a resident of Massachusetts
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
