Key Responsibilities Market Analysis and Insights : Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve. Seller Acquisition and Onboarding : Identify, prospect, and acquire high-ability sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Enablement and Support : Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve seller issues, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our customers. Performance and Growth : Demonstrate achievement in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes, and contribute to the growth and development of our 3P marketplace. Primary Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree is required. Business Experience : 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Sales Achievement : Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Communication and Presentation : Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. Analytical and Quantitative Skills : Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. Commercial Enterprise Judgment : Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Preferred Qualifications E-commerce Experience : 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. Consumer Electronics Experience : 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. Direct Sales Experience : 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
