Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch and Data Entry professional to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our operations manager to manage inventory and invoicing for scheduled daily jobs, ensuring accurate scheduling of equipment and materials. This is an entry-level position with tremendous room for growth, and we encourage applicants who are eager to learn and develop their skills. Key Responsibilities Project tracking and coordination to ensure timely completion of daily jobs Daily phone interaction with vendors to manage inventory and resolve issues Inventory tracking and management to ensure accurate records and minimize discrepancies Support duties within the operations department, including data entry and administrative tasks Collaboration with the operations manager to optimize daily operations and improve efficiency Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in dispatch, data entry, or a related field Familiarity with inventory management software and systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
