Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Reporting Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling our People Systems Team and presenting statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting on key performance indicators and trends. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance our Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management. Key Responsibilities Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and customer end-use purpose Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics Create custom data evaluations for use by human utility teams and unique departments Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure seamless communication Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines are applied and followed Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis of discrepancies Blend and automate data to optimize reporting and analytics Perform special activity duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Entry-level experience in relevant data/analytical/problem-solving roles Knowledge of concepts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits Skilled in the use of correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to communicate data and ideas in speaking so others will understand Ability to apply famous guidelines to particular problems to offer answers that make sense Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience working with data-oriented programming languages and visualization software Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data Ability to speak and interact with others in the English language to meet the needs of the activity Ability to use a PC and unique office productivity equipment with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the activity Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
