About Disney's Data Entry Team

As a Data Entry Specialist with Disney, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our data. You will be responsible for efficiently entering data into our systems and databases, maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents, and performing data quality checks to verify information for accuracy. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities


Accurate and Efficient Data Entry: Enter data into our systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all data is complete and up-to-date.
Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data entered, adhering to Disney's data security and confidentiality best practices.
Record Maintenance and Organization: Maintain and organize records, files, and documents, ensuring that all data is properly stored and easily accessible.
Data Quality Checks: Perform data quality checks to verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects, providing data entry support and expertise as needed.


Essential Qualifications


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Data Entry Experience: Prior experience in data entry is a plus, but not required. A strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, with excellent typing and data entry skills.
