This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, technical selling, and territory growth. What You'll Do: Develop and manage strong relationships with end users, distributors, engineering firms, and contractors Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive territory growth Execute strategic sales plans in alignment with manufacturer goals and regional demand Represent a portfolio of best-in-class utility and telecom products in face-to-face and virtual customer meetings Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and hands-on training to customers Launch new products into the market and educate stakeholders on key value propositions Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and generate reports using CRM tools Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Leverage social media and digital tools to support lead generation and brand presence in the region Your Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (power utility or telecom industry preferred) Strong knowledge of distribution channels and/or engineering firms Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close new business Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic digital engagement tools Must be located within assigned territory and comfortable with regional travel up to 80% Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required The Company: Forward Solutions is a group of service companies that help clients in evolving markets grow their business and expand into new channels.
