Your responsibilities will include: * Collecting and entering data for assigned projects with accuracy and attention to detail * Creating high-quality Amazon listings that meet arenaflex's standards * Sharing responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team * Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives * Overseeing and reviewing the work of remote team members to ensure quality and productivity * Managing Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in data management and analysis * Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, including knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures * Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files with ease * Strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently * Reliable attendance and work history, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results * Ability to multitask and work independently, with minimal supervision * Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required **Education & Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data management and analysis * Relevant work experience in data entry, e-commerce, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members **Compensation & Hours** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Pay that's negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications * A full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work and in-office collaboration * Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with the first 90 days spent on-site * Equipment for remote work will be provided upon successful completion of the training period * Hybrid schedule: 1 day at home, 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability * Flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period **Benefits** arenaflex is committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) with company match * 40 hours of PTO after the first 90 days * 8 hours of sick leave for the first year **Equal Opportunity Employment** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
