In this role, you will: Define and implement the technical strategy to align with business goals. Lead the design and implementation of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and decentralized applications. Guide the product development process, ensuring innovation and timely delivery. Responsible for the security and scalability of technology infrastructure while managing risks effectively. Lead, mentor, and build a diverse engineering team for high performance and productivity. Partner with key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and keep the team informed about the latest trends in Web3 technology. You might thrive in this role if you have: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. 8+ years of experience in technical management, overseeing multiple teams, or related fields. Demonstrated experience at a major Web3 company (e.g., Ethereum, Binance, Solana). Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English. Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture and expertise in DeFi protocols. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or equivalents.
