**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. You will work closely with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure that all data is collected and entered correctly, and that billing and documentation are performed accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Accurately enter multiple items into our systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure all data is collected and entered correctly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure that all data entry is completed in a timely manner to meet project deadlines
- Provide administrative support to project managers and division administrative managers as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Requirements**

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced typing ability (at least 40 wpm)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a data entry or administrative role in a similar industry
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
