Position: Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) Mental Health Therapist Position: Full-Time Location: Honolulu, HI Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Our client is hiring a Hawaii‑licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its telehealth team. From Honolulu or neighboring islands, you’ll meet clients online, follow structured treatment plans, and coordinate care with a clinical supervisor. Responsibilities • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions via secure video platforms • Perform intake assessments and develop treatment plans • Consult with a supervising therapist on case questions and risk • Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation • Attend virtual supervision and team meetings Qualifications • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT or related field • Active HI clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent) • Experience in mental health therapy roles • Reliable internet and comfort with telehealth technology Benefits • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401(k) with 3% match Submit your CV today! #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
