We're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we're dedicated to building a team that shares our values. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and processing case information, including opening cases and identifying contents and customer order requests * Accurately entering information into our computer system and generating work tickets * Coding cases for data entry and making necessary changes to computer work tickets * Scanning paperwork for electronic storage and looking up previous paperwork in files as needed * Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails * Routing calls to the appropriate resource and processing orders, forms, and customer requests * Understanding case flow schedules and operations * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Labtrac * Knowledge of customer service practices and principles * Excellent data entry and typing skills * Superior listening, verbal, and written communication and comprehension skills * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English * Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills * Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology is preferred **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Computer skills, including proficiency in relevant applications * Excellent data entry and typing skills * Basic software knowledge, including navigation of Labtrac * Superior listening, verbal, and written communication and comprehension skills * Ability to understand different script terminologies for case entry * Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
