Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to and help drive the development and implementation of AI models for our attractions.As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and scale AI solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives. You'll also be responsible for managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services, as well as driving innovation and collaboration with internal partners. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with internal partners to drive AI model development and implementation for our attractions * Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale AI solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services * Drive innovation and collaboration with internal partners to identify areas where business issues can be solved creatively using AI * Develop and implement standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize ML calculations in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other areas, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews Required Capabilities and Abilities * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and other relevant technologies * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and bolthires/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions Favored Capabilities * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field * Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field What We Offer * A dynamic and innovative work environment that's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A competitive salary and benefits package * A comprehensive training program that includes onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing education and development opportunities * A collaborative and supportive team environment that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors If you're a motivated and experienced professional who's passionate about AI and customer support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and a cover letter that outlines your experience and qualifications for this role.
