Key Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including data entry tasks and patient interactions Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Develop strong relationships with customers, including greeting them and offering assistance with services and products Model and share customer service best practices with other team members to deliver a unique and delightful customer experience Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of prescription medications Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and quality improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You should also have a strong foundation in math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
