The Role: Director, Data Analytics - Talent Data

We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Professional to lead our Talent Data Operations & Insights team, driving strategic skills decisions and business outcomes through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Talent organization, you'll play a critical role in cultivating an insights-driven culture, enabling our stakeholders to make informed decisions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, focusing on strategic partnership and customer-driven products.
Develop a delivery roadmap that supports the development, execution, and evolution of our overall Talent strategy to meet business needs.
Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with informed recommendations.
Develop data models that are easily digestible to support informed decision-making.
Identify priorities and roadmap specific to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources.
Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors with the capacity to directly impact business results.
Deliver Consultancy, Analysis & Insights, and Self-Serve Tools.
Influence leaders on leveraging available insights and drive governance efforts, including business process improvements and managing accountability.


Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Strong domain knowledge in the business area and understanding of internal data ecosystem.
Experience in developing and executing talent strategy, analysis, and insights plans.
Proven track record in delivering complex analysis and insights supporting strategic initiatives.
Ability to develop scalable and repeatable suite of tools that meet business needs.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with businesses and stakeholders.
Experience in driving governance efforts, including business process improvements and managing accountability.


Preferred Qualifications:


Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.).
Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
