Job Overview As a Customer Support Specialist in our team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical and non-technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience and building trust with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and accurate support to clients. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed. Document customer interactions, updating records and providing valuable insights to improve service delivery. Treat clients with respect, adhering to company policies and procedures, and promoting a positive brand image. Collaborate with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Fluent in Lithuanian (C1 level) and good command of Russian and English (B2 level). Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with technology products or services. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies.
