As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to understand their financial goals, challenges, and preferences. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting customers with a variety of complex financial products and services, including proactively seeking out ways to improve their experiences and outcomes. Offering ideas and solutions for customer success, and collaborating with internal teams to implement these solutions. Performing moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues. Receiving direction from management and escalating non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues. Providing best-in-class customer experiences, adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. Interacting with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: At least 2+ years of experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform customer solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on complex financial solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on complex financial solutions. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, with a focus on risk management and mitigation. Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication. Strong technical skills, with a focus on data analysis and research.
