You'll lead a team of data analysts, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and technical skills will enable you to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of 3-4 data analysts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and space mastery to ensure team success * Conduct in-depth analysis of new platform updates and application releases, including learning current application/frameworks, exploring framework execution, identifying errors, reaction time, and service logs * Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting items to support Advanced Innovation and Client Travel Experience leadership in making data-driven decisions on application performance * Communicate and present updates to senior management, including assembling standard presentations * Manage the deployment and maintenance of Power BI workspaces and SQL scripts that convert log data into actionable insights * Ensure consistent integration of BI solutions with current systems and data sources * Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, tools, and best practices in BI and data analysis * Lead reviews of models, solution methodologies, and code with the team to leverage collective expertise and audits of solutions with business/item leadership teams to ensure feasibility **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business acumen, investigation, and data design, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization * 1+ years of leadership experience * Experience assembling presentations for partners and leaders at a MD and VP level and interfacing with all levels of management * Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to deliver actionable, rich dashboards * Ability to study/comprehend business needs, design data/technology metrics that associate business processes with quantifiable stage results, grasp basic measurement/Objective Settings from groups to large associations * High-level SQL skills * Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems * Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills * Legally authorized to work in the US for any business without sponsorship * Effective fulfillment of interview expected to meet work capability * Reliable, consistent participation is a fundamental capability of the position **What will help you stand out from the pack (Preferred Qualifications)** * Graduate degree in Data Systems, Aviation management, or related degree, MBA * Google Data Analysis Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Expert Partner, AWS Certified Data Analysis, Project Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client Side execution metrics tools (e.g., Quantum Metrics) * 3+ years in a leadership role * Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana is a significant plus * Experience with Enterprise monitoring systems is a plus * Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio * Past carrier or travel industry experience is a plus * Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena * Experience with Huge Question **What we offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the airline industry * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data analysis and business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
