Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our summer team as a Customer Success Representative. This is a seasonal, part-time/full-time remote opportunity that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction. Conducting customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and monitoring feedback to identify improvement areas. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive process improvements. Assisting with special projects to support the customer happiness team, such as research or system development projects.
