About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on the US market. As a Customer Success Hero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth and satisfaction of our high-value customers. Your mission will be to decrease net MRR churn and gather feedback from our customers to help us build a product that meets their evolving needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying potential issues, and providing proactive support to ensure they realize the maximum value from our tool.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding: Ensure new customers have a seamless onboarding experience, providing training and support to help them achieve their goals.
VIP Treatment for Enterprise Clients: Deliver exceptional service to our Enterprise clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Assisting Customers in Bad Health: Identify customers who are not using our product to its full potential and provide targeted support to help them overcome any challenges they may be facing.
Customer Discovery/Interviews: Conduct regular touchpoints with customers to gather insights and feedback, helping us to prioritize our product roadmap and make data-driven decisions.
Gathering Insights from Churned Customers: Reach out to churned customers to understand the reasons behind their decision, using this information to reduce churn and improve our overall customer experience.
Promoting New Features/Modules/Add-ons: Present new features, modules, and add-ons to existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Essential Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, support, or sales, preferably in a self-service B2B SaaS business.
Strong ability to write and speak English, with another language being a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesmachine and Intercom.
Obsessed with customer service and dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
Comfortable with calls and live demos, with the ability to answer any question or face any objection.
Impeccable communication skills, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Goal- and results-driven, with experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the social media industry is a significant plus.
Strong team player with self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a multitasking environment and adjust priorities on the fly.
Eager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work, seeking out help and putting it to good use.
