Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our national remote team. As a supervisor, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S., working on challenging projects that directly improve health outcomes. This full-time position (40 hours/week) requires flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am - 11:00pm EST, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members to ensure task completion and performance goals are met Set priorities for the team, identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews, as well as formal corrective action when necessary Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, and teams to achieve organizational objectives Mentor, challenge, and communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours Preferred qualifications include: 2 years of customer service experience Telecommuting Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you will need to: Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Have the ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Live in a location that can receive an arenaflex-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Ability to multi-task, including understanding multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational problems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
