COO SVP Operations
Job Description
Reporting to the Global COO for this remote 'COOs number 2' job opening could be a Senior VP Operations, based commutable to Gainesville, Florida or remote USA, we need your profile and interests to demonstrate:
ā¢ Strategic yet can be hands on; inspires people; manages change and transformational growth
ā¢ Previously at least a SVP or VP Operations or equivalent of a PLC Fortune 1000 Operating Company, and depending on who is hired, you could be the future Global COO
ā¢ Leads one of more of Credit, Customer Service, Legal/Attorneys, Sales, Marketing, Technology, HR
ā¢ Previous high growth experience as a senior Integrator with a total staff of in the region of 400-1000 and 3-6 direct reports
ā¢ Past example(s) of growing a United Sates, B2C / Consumer Services company to in the region of ARR $1B+ (from a starting point of around $200MM - $300MM ideally)
ā¢ Business process knowledge of any of these related industries: Consumer Financial Services / Health, Disability or Benefits Insurance Claims / Contact Centre Operations / Consumer Legal Services / Social Security
ā¢ Expert leadership skills including multi-site locations onshore (mostly Florida and some Salt Lake City, Utah), nearshore and offshore if and where appropriate
ā¢ Sound knowledge of appropriate methods for people, process, technology, customer and project / program management
ā¢ Knows how to scale a company maintaining and developing excellent culture and customer satisfaction
ā¢ Previously, part of the senior team who successfully floated a company / IPO (not mandatory)
ā¢ Knowledge of M&A, and Integration of companies, in-sourcing, mid sourcing, outsourcing
ā¢ Strong with budget and numbers, supported by the CFO and COO
ā¢ Mature, well-developed communication skills in all mediums and formats
ā¢ Self-confident, highly motivated, resilient and acts on strong integrity with respect
ā¢ Probably Degree / MBA qualified
