**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative/Remote Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting professional outbound sales and customer service calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing/customer service setting, with a proven track record of success
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn, with a strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques

• Reliable transportation for commuting to work (not applicable for remote positions)
