Position Overview

Work Format: Hybrid (Office + Remote)
Office Rotation Days: Tuesday, Thursday & every other Friday
Work from Home Days: Monday, Wednesday & every other Friday
Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Processing Customer Inquiries: Handle product complaints and inquiries efficiently through phone queues and various communication channels, ensuring each customer receives timely and accurate responses
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the interaction
Documentation & Database Management: Accurately update customer databases with pertinent details, interaction notes, and product information to maintain comprehensive records
Escalation Management: Assess issue severity and escalate complex problems to appropriate supervisors or departments as needed, ensuring each customer receives the best possible resolution
Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure strict confidentiality of caller information and proprietary company data by following all established procedures for handling sensitive information
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality while meeting performance metrics and productivity goals
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes, products, and customer service procedures


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Comfortable with hybrid work schedule (office + remote)
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance


Preferred Qualifications
