**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Phones Team as a Remote Phone Support Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide and process information, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations. **Responsibilities**

As a Remote Phone Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to arenaflex's established policies and procedures
* Answering basic product questions and providing accurate information to customers
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Handling and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
* Directing unresolved issues to the designated resource(s) and escalating as necessary
* Recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints on arenaflex's Admin system
* Attending a weekly Customer Service department meeting to stay informed and aligned with team goals and objectives
* Collaborating with arenaflex team members to resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance the Customer Service Department

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Ability to remain calm and composed during escalated situations, with a focus on resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to make independent and thorough decisions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Ability to work remotely, both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
* Stable internet connection and hardwire connection, with a reliable and secure work environment

**Remote Work Environment**

As a Remote Phone Support Associate, you'll work from home in a distraction-free environment, with a reliable and secure internet connection. arenaflex provides a company laptop and other necessary equipment to support your work, as well as a one-time $250 stipend for your work-from-home space.

**Schedule Options**

We offer a flexible schedule with options for 3-4 weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST and Saturday's and/or Sunday's from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST, which will remain consistent for the foreseeable future.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $21.63/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k with company match, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, vacation, and sick days.
