Key Responsibilities
 Manage product listings by updating descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
 Process customer orders accurately and ensure they are shipped on time.
 Answer customer questions through email, chat, or phone, and resolve any issues quickly.
 Work with the marketing team to run promotions and boost product visibility.
 Check the website regularly and report any problems or improvements needed.
 Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
 Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
 Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the shopping experience.
Requirements
 Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
 Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service
 Ability to collaborate with other departments.
 Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and strong typing skills
 Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) are preferred.
