[Remote] Associate Influencer Marketing Manager

The Outloud Group is seeking an Associate Influencer Marketing Manager to play a key role in building and executing influencer marketing strategies. The role involves shaping campaign direction, developing creative approaches, and supporting brands in enhancing their presence across various platforms. Responsibilities • Building and executing thoughtful, high-impact influencer marketing strategies • Shaping campaign direction • Developing creative and data-informed approaches • Supporting brands as they grow their presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts • Owning portions of brand strategy • Contributing meaningfully to campaign planning • Actively participating in client conversations • Optimizing influencer programs and delivering strong, measurable results Skills • 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media partnerships, with hands-on experience contributing to campaign strategy and execution • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with clients, influencers, and internal teams • Solid understanding of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch • Experience using performance data to inform decisions, identify trends, and improve campaign outcomes • Growing confidence in client-facing situations, including contributing to strategy discussions and recommendations • Creative and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for brand growth within the influencer space • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote, full-time role based in the United States • Ability to travel occasionally for client work, team events (offsites, meet-ups), and industry conferences as needed • Familiarity or interest in gaming, tech, or sports influencer communities (not required) Company Overview • The Outloud Group is an industry-leading influencer marketing agency creating & executing strategic campaigns that deliver results.
