Job Summary We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work remotely within our footprint states: WA, OR, MT, NM, and/or TX. This position has multiple openings for both full-time and part-time positions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients have a positive experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner. You will be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards, treating customers with compassion and respect, and protecting their privacy.
