**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while taking on some tough challenges. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. Occasional overtime may be necessary, given the business need.

**Primary Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identifying the type of assistance they need
* Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
* Communicating directly with clinical staff for patient needs
* Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting
* Scheduling appointments for patients – entering and updating demographics
* Other tasks as needed

**Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma / GED or equivalent experience
* Must be 18 years old or older
* Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
* Typing speed of 40 wpm
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
* Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. Occasional overtime may be necessary, given the business need.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

* 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology

As a remote employee, you'll need to:

* Reside within Golden, CO
* Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Establish a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Have a high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
* Adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy

**Compensation and Benefits**

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour, based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
