Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), as demonstrated through a written assessment. Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Proficiency in using computers, internet, and software applications to search for information and resolve customer issues. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus. Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual customer service environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Knowledge of industry-specific products or services, or willingness to learn. Bilingual or multilingual skills, which can be an asset in serving a diverse customer base.
