Conflicts Attorney - Leading AmLaw Law Firm (Remote)
Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw firm, is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join its Risk Management team. This role focuses on reviewing and resolving conflicts of interest related to new clients, matters, and lateral hires, drafting and reviewing waivers and engagement letters, reviewing outside counsel guidelines, and implementing ethical walls while advising attorneys and firm leadership on risk issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of large law firm experience in conflicts, risk management, or compliance, a JD, and active bar admission. Strong knowledge of professional responsibility rules and experience with conflicts systems and legal research tools are required. This is a remote position, with candidates required to reside in CA, CT, DE, DC, FL, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, or VA.
