Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Educate customers on Cigna's products and services, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs, including claims, billing, and network issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring that all interactions are properly documented and updated in our systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Customer Service Orientation: A passion for helping others, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
