About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Provide work planning support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Act as a liaison between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating communication and resolving issues Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances Communicate with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely updates on their vehicle's status Arrange rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients Manage vehicle announcements, material and supplies reordering, and repair survey and delivery Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Repair or a related discipline. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset, and you should be comfortable working in a crash shop climate.
