We're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for faculty, students, and bookstores, providing clear, timely, and professional support via live chat, email, and phone. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer Tier-1 issues, process bookstore orders, and maintain open communication with bookstore managers to facilitate smooth transactions.
