Key Responsibilities: Work on computers and answer phones to intake patient information in a busy environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service, listening carefully to patients' needs and addressing their fears, concerns, and questions with empathy and compassion. Work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet, assisting patients with registration and addressing any issues that may arise. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service experience, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and navigation of multiple software programs. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field.
