[Remote] Associate Business Analyst

They are seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to support technology platforms, manage production issues, and assist in project management activities while collaborating with various teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for user-reported issues, questions, and requests related to production systemsTroubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues, escalating as needed and ensuring timely communication with stakeholdersMonitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential problemsDocument and track issues, resolutions, and recurring trends to support continuous improvementAssist in coordinating small-scale projects and process enhancements, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and updating project documentationGather and document business requirements and user stories in a clear and concise mannerSupport backlog management by assisting in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking tasks to maximize business valueParticipate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure successful deployment of system changes and enhancementsCommunicate project and production status, roadblocks, and solutions to team members and leadershipCreate and maintain process documentation, including step-by-step guides and workflow diagramsContribute to knowledge base articles and user support materialsSkillsBachelor's degree required1-2+ year of experience or relevant internship experienceStrong interest in production support, technology operations, and project coordinationExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiencesWillingness to learn, take initiative, and see tasks through to completionAttention to detail and commitment to qualityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plusExperience supporting insurance operations (Auto, General Liability, Excess/Umbrella) is preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision.
