**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Overnight Financial Support**

This fully remote position starts with a week of training from 8 AM to 5 PM before transitioning to the third shift schedule. You will be instrumental in facilitating consumer loan approvals, managing payment solutions, and addressing client inquiries effectively, while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Engaging with clients both as an initiator and responder of calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions.
* Diligently documenting all client interactions and transactions, ensuring all data is accurately captured for future reference.
* Utilizing basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, maintaining sensitivity, tact, and professionalism under all circumstances.
* Communicating effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions, and fostering positive client relations.
* Adhering strictly to legal and company guidelines, enhancing the integrity and operation of our services.
* Processing payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
* Evaluating loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility.
* Keeping clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations.
* Staying informed of the latest trends and updates in financial services to enhance client interaction and service delivery.
* Multi-tasking effectively, managing conversations and documentation simultaneously.

**Required Qualifications**

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need to demonstrate:

* Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication, with a proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
* A high school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**

While not essential, experience in a financial service environment, especially in loan processing or customer service, is highly desirable. Additionally, advanced technical skills, including cloud-based systems and multiple banking software, will be an asset.

**Working Conditions**

This role requires sitting and operating a computer for extended periods. The position is remote, following a one-week onsite training session during standard business hours.
