We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in supporting USPS.com and associated applications from the comfort of your remote workspace. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline support for end-users of USPS.com and associated applications, providing technical assistance via live chat sessions and email inquiries. Your ability to efficiently manage your time, utilize knowledgebase and template responses, and resolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Deliver customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs using provided software and Knowledgebase. Ensure that end-user problems are resolved within SLA parameters, maintaining end-to-end problem ownership of chat and email sessions. Work across multiple work queues and customer contact channels, escalating issues promptly to appropriate support teams when needed. Comply with all company and government policies and procedures, collaborating with Customer Support team colleagues and other support organizations as required. Perform other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. U.S. citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Typing speed of 45 WPM. Ability to accurately document ticketing information with minimal errors and/or rework. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with attention to detail and a positive attitude. Proficiency using Windows-based applications and software (Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently, achieve productivity goals, and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work on weekends and/or rotating schedules if required. While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Help desk/service desk experience. Familiarity with Live Chat and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools. Degree from an accredited College/University. Salary and Benefits The target salary range for this position is between $30,000 and $48,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
