About the Role We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager, Customer Service to develop, manage, and execute customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities As a Product Manager, Customer Service at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Developing, managing, and executing customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Analyzing customer service data to identify trends and develop solutions to customer service issues. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and customer service best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies. Maintaining a working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems. Monitoring customer feedback and providing timely responses. Developing processes and procedures to ensure customer service goals are met. Managing customer service initiatives and tracking performance metrics. Assisting with training customer service staff to ensure standards are met. Requirements To excel in this role, you should have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role with a focus on customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. A working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems. Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience working in the streaming industry or a related field. Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Salesforce. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
