About the Role: Your Impact as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and customer service to our valued Fios customers. Your role will be pivotal in troubleshooting issues related to voice, data, and video services, ensuring that our customers enjoy seamless connectivity and entertainment. You'll be part of a dynamic team based in a call center environment, working collaboratively to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues with hardware, software, applications, networks, and devices. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Excellence in Customer Support Responding to incoming customer calls regarding order inquiries and trouble reports, providing timely and effective solutions. Offering comprehensive support for Voice, Data, and Video services, leveraging knowledge of fiber and copper networks to address customer needs. Analyzing and isolating trouble conditions, creating and managing trouble reports to ensure efficient issue resolution. Utilizing expertise in communication and networking components to configure customer equipment and resolve technical issues. Communicating technical information clearly and professionally, tailoring your approach to the audience's needs. Adapting to a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as required by business needs. What We're Looking For: Your Skills and Qualities To excel as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll need a strong dedication to customer service excellence, coupled with excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and derive satisfaction from helping customers navigate the digital world. While not mandatory, having one or more of the following qualifications will make you an even more competitive candidate: A related Associate Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a technical support call center, particularly in the telecommunications sector. It's essential to live within a 75-mile radius of the current reporting location for the duration of the contract, as occasional in-person meetings and training sessions may be required. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Our compensation package is designed to reflect your skills, experience, and the value you bring to our organization. For this role, the compensation range for full-time positions is between $670.00 and $1,774.50 weekly, depending on location and job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position, offering the potential to earn more based on performance.
