About the Role: Associate Account Manager - Customer Service

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our individual clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities


Process endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies, securing pricing from carriers as needed
Manage account documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and carriers
Maintain a follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed efficiently
Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested and issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives
Process lost policy release forms and transmit correspondence to insureds and carriers
Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management, including managing the agency interface system and ensuring accurate revenue recording
Provide sales support by rating policies and entering policy information into our database
Pursue a program for personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


1-2 years of insurance experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
A Property & Casualty License (required)
Strong organizational skills, with an aptitude for details and accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to analyze insurance coverage, forms, and policies
Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
A flexible schedule, available to work between 7 am and 7 pm (with additional time as needed)


Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:


Previous experience in a call center environment or a similar customer-facing role
A strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and services
Experience with agency interface systems and revenue recording
A proactive and results-driven approach to sales support and business growth
