The Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative role is a critical position within arenaflex, responsible for providing top-notch customer service to a diverse range of clients, from residential to commercial. As a key member of the customer solutions team, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, scheduling jobs, handling customer inquiries, and dispatching technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery. This role requires a high level of interaction with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders, making exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling service calls, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, providing solutions and resolving issues in a proactive and customer-centric approach
Dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geographical location, and customer preferences, utilizing Service Titan and ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs
Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times and technician details, ensuring transparency and keeping customers informed throughout the service delivery process
Communicate with technicians regarding their availability and expected completion times, ensuring effective coordination and minimizing delays
Ensure accuracy of details on all scheduled calls, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by supervisors and managers, demonstrating versatility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Interact with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
Other duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow with the company


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
Attention to detail, with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a customer-centric approach
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, adapting to new situations and challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and systems, including Service Titan and ClearPath

Preferred Qualifications

Previous dispatch experience, with a strong understanding of dispatch principles and practices
Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience, with a basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology
