Marketing Operations Associate

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation, seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to manage projects and programs in support of the Insurance and Membership Marketing teams. The role involves managing budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships while ensuring effective communication among internal partners.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development and preparation of annual budgets, goals, and objectivesProvide monthly forecasting, effective budget updates and budget reconciliationPrepare invoices for paymentConstructs and manages marketing budgets and forecasts in excess of $1 millionDevelop and maintain budget tracking/reporting for various vendors and contract purchase agreementsParticipate in budget meetings and other meetings as requiredMay initiate and coordinate written and oral communication between internal partners and vendorsEnsure planning team is aware of budget activities and potential impact to overall markets approved budgetsManage vendor, agencies, and internal partner relationshipsIdentify and integrate continuous improvement components to increase efficiencies as neededManage updates to Membership collateral by coordinating with internal stakeholders, securing all required departmental approvals and partnering with Procurement to finalize and produce materials for inventoryManage campaign codes, green box messaging, and URL/vanity URL setup for designated membership channelsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or requiredSkillsProfessional verbal and written communication skills requiredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word and Excel requiredThe candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively to meet key program deadlines on a consistent basis4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferredBudget/finance administration and project coordination experience preferredPrior experience working with Marketing budgets including media plans and print/collateral preferredBenefitsHealth coverage for medical, dental, vision401(K) saving plans with company match AND PensionTuition assistanceFloating holidays and PTO for community volunteer programsPaid parental leaveWellness programsEmployee discounts (membership, insurance, travel, entertainment, services and more!)Company OverviewAAA is a federation of fully taxpaying, not-for-profit motor clubs in the U.S. It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, US, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
