Job Highlights Position: P&C Customer Service Rep Location: 100% Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: blithequark Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Job Description We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a 100% remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. Our training schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, plus one week of nesting. After completing the training, you will transition to a flexible schedule between 8 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers for the purpose of selling property and casualty insurance policies Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our insurance products Build strong knowledge of products and services offered Essential Qualifications Must have a current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment 2+ years of sales experience Proven attendance reliability Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment Insurance industry sales experience Service industry and/or Contact Center experience Ability to operate in a fast-pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
