Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with us. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner * Researching and resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner * Entering data into our pension system and tracking ongoing cases * Resolving customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
