About the Role:As a Revenue Operations Systems Analyst at eSkillz, your role will involve generating, reviewing, and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and trackers as well as system administration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In 2024, we are building our sales processes, developing resources, and improving reporting & analytics capabilities. We are actively maturing our go to market function while upskilling our entire revenue team. Our goal is to establish a Revenue Generation function characterized by a “winning” attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for sales process accuracy.The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team is aligned under our Business Development (BD)/Growth Division with a primary focus of assisting our business development and marketing teams with driving revenue and sales bookings growth for eSkillz. As a Rev Ops Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for system management and administration as detailed below of the various systems, including Salesforce CRM and Power BI.As a member of our Business Development function, you’ll collaborate with leadership to align and prioritize your efforts with our project initiatives.
