**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Handling and resolving customer complaints effectively
* Providing detailed and accurate information about products and services
* Processing orders, forms, and applications
* Identifying and escalating priority issues
* Following up on customer interactions and ensuring satisfactory resolutions
* Maintaining customer records by updating account information
* Assisting in training new staff members

**Responsibilities**
