**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Credit Specialist 3 (New Accounts Servicing), you'll be responsible for:
* Providing assistance to a variety of products and services, including new account servicing
* Assisting on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision
* Assisting on a wide range of specialized administrative and technical tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
* Exchanging moderately complex information with others, including customers, colleagues, and management
* Evaluating and selecting solutions to complete limited complexity assignments, including resolving customer complaints and issues
* Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding arenaflex, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies
