Your projects will involve IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration, ensuring a seamless customer experience guided by the statement of work. You'll lead and motivate a diverse team of internal and external resources, including Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams, in collaboration with hospital project managers or points of contact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage multiple implementations with varying scope, size, and complexity, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction * Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources, to achieve project goals * Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines, providing daily updates on project status and activities * Travel up to 75% of the time within the New England and Eastern NY zone, covering a diverse range of healthcare facilities and projects * Collaborate with hospital project managers or points of contact to ensure successful project outcomes **You're the Right Fit If:** * You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment, preferably in areas like Healthcare Information Technology, Patient Monitoring, Telemetry, or Nursing Informatics * You hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or an equivalent field * You possess robust leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all project resources and stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills * You reside in New England and are willing to travel up to 75% within the market * You can successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements for this position, with or without accommodation **How We Work Together** At arenaflex, we believe that we're better together than apart. Our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days a week, while onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
