We're now seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Onboarding team, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they get the most out of our platform, and driving adoption of our suite of products. If you're a tech-savvy, customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you! **About the Role** As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, setting up their accounts, and providing training on our system via phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian.
