What We Need The Clinical Program Specialist will report directly to the Director, Clinical Programs. The Clinical Program Specialist is responsible for both the day-to-day operational execution and analytical evaluation of clinical programs. This role supports program implementation, monitors performance data, ensures compliance, and provides recommendations for improvement. It serves as a bridge between program leadership, clinical teams, and data analytics to optimize healthcare quality and efficiency. The Clinical Program Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that clinical programs align with organizational goals and adhere to industry standards and best practices. What You Will Do: • Assist the Clinical Program Team in the execution and implementation of clinical programs. • Coordinate and oversee daily clinical program activities, ensuring smooth execution. • Analyze program performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making. • Maintain and update program documentation, ensuring accurate records and reports. • Assist in development and maintenance of dashboards to track program efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes. • Assist in quality improvement initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement. • Manage documentation, compliance reporting, and audits to meet regulatory standards. • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and external partners to align goals and objectives. • Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and program updates for stakeholders. • Support data collection and evaluation for program effectiveness and regulatory submissions. Additional requirements include: • Licensed healthcare professional (CRT or RRT) required. • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred. • Up to 3 years of experience in clinical program coordination, utilization management, healthcare administration, DMEPOS, or medical device environment, preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across various teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards. • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data reporting tools is a plus. • Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving. • Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
